1. Introduction

These terms and conditions apply to all services provided by Digital Dry Cleaners Ltd. By using our website or booking a service, you agree to these rules. We provide dry cleaning, laundry, ironing, and alteration services with pickup and delivery.

2. Placing an Order

When you place an order on our website, it is an offer to use our services. We will send you an email or text message to confirm your order. A contract is only formed once we confirm your booking. Please check your order details carefully. We are not responsible for errors made by you during the booking process.

3. Collection and Delivery

We will try our best to collect and deliver your items at the times you choose. However, we cannot guarantee these times. If we are delayed, we will let you know. If you are not home during the scheduled time, we may charge a redelivery fee. You can ask us to leave items in a safe place or with a neighbor, but this is done at your own risk. We are not responsible for any loss or damage once the items are left as requested.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed on our website. We have the right to update these prices at any time. Payment is usually taken online when you book or after we process your items. If there is an extra charge for a specific item, we will contact you before proceeding.

5. Item Care and Labels

We follow the care labels on your garments. If an item does not have a care label, we will clean it at your own risk. We are not responsible for damage to items that have no instructions. Some items like leather, suede, fur, or vintage clothes are always cleaned at the owner’s risk.

6. Liability and Damage

We take great care of your clothes. If an item is lost or damaged due to our mistake, our liability is limited. We will pay a maximum of 10 times the cost of cleaning that specific item. We do not pay the full replacement cost of new items. We are not responsible for:

  • Buttons, zips, or buckles that break during normal cleaning.
  • Damage caused by items left in pockets, such as pens or coins.
  • Natural wear and tear or color fading over time.
  • Pre-existing damage or weak fabrics.

7. Complaints

If you are not happy with our service, please tell us within 24 hours of delivery. You must keep the original tags on the item and it must not be worn. We will look into the matter and may offer to re-clean the item for free.

8. Cancellations

You can cancel or change your order up to 4 hours before the collection time. If you cancel later than this, we may charge a small cancellation fee to cover our travel costs.
