Do I need to list every item before booking?
No. Simply place your clothes in a bag and book your collection. We count and assess everything when we collect, confirm pricing before we start, and only then begin cleaning.
How is pricing calculated?
Pricing depends on the service and the items you send. Wash and fold is charged by weight, dry cleaning and ironing are charged per item. You can view all prices on our pricing page before you book.
Do I need to be home for collection or delivery?
No. You can leave your bag in a safe place such as with a neighbour, a concierge, or outside your door. Just add a note at the time of booking so our driver knows where to collect from and where to leave your cleaned items.
How long does the service take?
Most orders are returned within 24 to 48 hours. If you need your items back faster, express options are available depending on your location.
What if something costs more than expected?
If any item requires additional care that affects the price, we will contact you before doing anything. You always have the final say before we proceed.
